Product Variations
Natural stone and premium ceramics are masterpieces of nature and engineering. As such, variations in shade, veining, and texture are inherent characteristics and not flaws. We recommend a "dry lay" inspection before permanent installation.
Exclusive Orders
Pricing reflects the premium quality of our curated collections. Payments must be cleared in full prior to logistics dispatch. Once a custom or specialized stone order is processed, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee due to the unique nature of the inventory.
Logistics & Care
We handle our materials with extreme care. While we ensure timely delivery, PGS Tile Mart is not responsible for site-specific delays. Risks of breakage pass to the customer upon successful curbside delivery and signature.
Installation Policy
The beauty of our products is best realized through professional installation. PGS Tile Mart does not accept returns on materials that have been cut, adhered, or installed. Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product's aesthetic quality.
